This project, located in Hengyang City, Hunan Province, was invested by HENGYANG VALIN MPM CO., LTD. A total of 627 concrete bored piles with a diameter of 800 mm were completed across seven sections of the plant area.
The project commenced on November 8, 2022, and was completed on July 10, 2024, spanning a total of 611 calendar days. According to third-party inspection results, the qualification rate of the piles reached 100%, meeting all design and regulatory requirements.
The construction site faced complex conditions, including frequent overlapping operations and multiple work areas conflicting with ongoing workshop production. With the support of the owner and active coordination from the supervision team, all challenges were overcome, and the project tasks were successfully completed. The execution received unanimous recognition from both the owner and supervision team.
